Terms of Service

These Terms of Service, which constitute a public offer (the "Terms", the "Offer"), set out the terms of use of the Zukko platform (the "Service"), available at zukko.pro, in the Telegram bot @zukkopro_bot and its mini app. By registering an account, starting the bot, making a payment or otherwise using the Service, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Zukko provides prepaid access to the APIs of third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to models by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba and other providers. The Service acts as a gateway: user requests are routed to upstream AI providers and the responses are returned to the user. The Service does not create, train or host AI models itself.

The list of available models, their versions, capabilities, context windows and parameters may change at any time without prior notice. Zukko does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular model and reserves the right to add, remove, deprecate or modify any model at its sole discretion, including as a result of changes, discontinuation of support or outages on the part of upstream providers. You are solely responsible for adapting your integrations to model changes. No refunds or other compensation are provided in connection with the removal or modification of models.

The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Zukko does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability, response times, accuracy of results or the absence of errors. The Service may be temporarily unavailable at any time. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Current prices for using the Service are displayed in your account dashboard and on the website and may change at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check the current rates before making requests. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Price changes apply only to requests initiated after the change; requests that have already been completed are not recalculated. Current prices per 1 million tokens for each model (input, output, cache reads and writes) are published on the Pricing page — zukko.pro/en/docs/introduction/models-pricing — and in the Models section of the website. You pay only for the tokens actually used at these prices; there is no subscription fee or minimum payment. The balance is kept in US dollars.

The Service is prepaid: you top up your balance, and the cost of each request is charged to it at the prices listed in section 05. Payment is made on the terms shown in the Service before payment. Due to the intangible nature of the services, payments for services already rendered are not refunded. A refund is possible only if: the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service; or the payment went through but the balance was not credited. To request a refund, contact support (zukkopro@rambler.ru) within 24 hours of the payment; each case is decided individually. You agree not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

The Service stores only metadata for each API request: the model used, the number of tokens and the cost. The content of requests and responses is not logged, stored or analyzed. The user bears full responsibility for the data transmitted through the Service and must ensure that it complies with applicable law and the terms of the upstream providers.

Zukko reserves the right to suspend or block any account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination of access (whether initiated by you, by Zukko due to a breach of this Offer, or by Zukko at its sole discretion), the remaining balance is forfeited and is not refundable in any form. To delete your account, send a request to zukkopro@rambler.ru.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, for distributing harmful content, for circumventing the restrictions or terms of upstream AI providers, or for actions that disrupt the Service for other users. Resale of access to the Service is permitted only within the official Zukko partner program under its separate terms; any unauthorized resale or sublicensing is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause results in immediate account suspension without a refund.

By participating in the Zukko partner program, you act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your customers, invoicing, taxes, refunds (if any), customer support and compliance with applicable law with respect to your end users. Zukko charges the reseller's master wallet at base cost; sub-organization wallets are charged at the price set by the reseller. Zukko does not enter into any contractual relationship with the reseller's end customers and does not provide them with support, refunds or warranties. The reseller is solely responsible for ensuring that its prices, terms and user agreements comply with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zukko is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities or loss of model availability, for the consequences of your use of model outputs, for acts or omissions of third parties, or for temporary technical failures. Refunds are possible only in the cases listed in section 06. You make all decisions about using the Service's outputs on your own and at your own risk.

These Terms may be amended at any time. The current version is always available on this page and via the link in the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
