Privacy Policy

This Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the Zukko service (the "Service"), available at zukko.pro, in the Telegram bot @zukkopro_bot and its mini app, is processed. By using the Service, registering, signing in, starting the bot or making a payment, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service.

The controller of personal data is the administration of the Zukko Service. For any questions regarding the processing of personal data, contact zukkopro@rambler.ru.

We may process: your email address; your name (if provided during registration); your Telegram ID and username (when you sign in with Telegram or use the bot); payment and balance top-up data (amount, method, status, payment identifiers); technical session data (authentication cookies, IP address, user agent) to the extent necessary for security and the operation of the account dashboard; API usage metadata (model, number of tokens, cost). The Service does not log or store the content of your requests to AI models or the responses.

Personal data is processed in order to: create and maintain your account; authenticate you and verify your email address; accept payments and maintain your balance; provide API gateway services; communicate with you regarding support and security matters; fulfil obligations under the Terms of Service (Public Offer); comply with applicable law.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, and to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract (the Public Offer) and the fulfilment of the controller's obligations. Consent is given by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the registration, sign-in and payment forms.

We may share data with payment providers (to the extent necessary to process a payment), hosting and infrastructure contractors, and upstream AI providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your API request. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party marketing.

Data is stored for the lifetime of your account and for the period required to fulfil our obligations and legal requirements. We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards: access control, secure connections (HTTPS) and limited logging of request content.

You have the right to request information about the data being processed, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent and to have your account deleted. To do so, send a request to zukkopro@rambler.ru. Withdrawing consent may make further use of the Service impossible. When an account is deleted, the remaining balance is not refunded, in accordance with the Terms of Service (Public Offer).

The Service uses essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and for security purposes. Disabling such cookies may prevent you from signing in to your account dashboard.

The current version of this Policy is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
